Lack of A Better Title #1

Made my second attempt at baking cupcakes from scratch and not cake mix in a box. It didn't come out perfect, seems like there's a lot of flour in it even though I followed the recipe correctly. However, it did come out a lot better than the first batch I made a few days ago. Hopefully my next will be perfect, or better than the second. Apologies for the sloppy presentation.

Something that irks me: If you're too busy to talk to me, just say so and talk to me later. Don't pretend to be paying attention to what I'm saying because unfortunately, I can tell the difference.

Things to get: electric mixer, ice cream maker

too damn tired and cold to continue blogging. have the a/c on coldest temp. to prevent the cupcake frosting from melting.
